Every year, we award two (2) grade 12 graduates from Markland Wood with a $1,000 scholarship towards their future academic endeavours.

About the event
The MWHA offers a post-secondary school scholarship called the Youth Community Leadership Award to students living in the neighbourhood.  If you’re pursuing post-secondary studies this fall, your MWHA would like to offer you the opportunity to apply for the 2025 Youth Leadership Award. Â
These awards are generously funded by the MWHA and presented annually to: A Markland Wood resident who demonstrates community involvement & leadership within our community through volunteering and leadership. Â If this describes you, we encourage you to apply for this award. Â
