Every year, we award two (2) grade 12 graduates from Markland Wood with a $1,000 scholarship towards their future academic endeavours. Watch for details in the Spring!

About the event
The MWHA offers a post-secondary school scholarship called the Youth Community Leadership Award to students living in the neighbourhood.  If you’re pursuing post-secondary studies this fall, your MWHA can help you through its Youth Leadership Award. These awards are presented annually to: A Markland Wood resident who demonstrates exceptional community involvement & leadership within our community through volunteering and leadership. If this describes you, we encourage you to apply for this award. Application details to be provided in Spring 2024.  The deadline for applications is midnight June 30, 2024. All the best with your future studies from your MWHA Board
