The Markland Wood - First Family Fun Day!
On Saturday August 12, 2006, the Markland Homes Association hosted the first Family Fun Day. We are hoping to make this an annual event and thanks to the participation from all of those who attended, it looks there will most definitely be at least one more. The event was visited by Borys Wrzesnewskyj, MP Etobicoke Centre and His Worship, Toronto Mayor David Miller. This was Mayor Miller's first visit to one of Markland's events.
